Paul grew up exploring the scenic Chiltern Hills and surrounding Cotswold countryside. These days, his spare time is regularly spent walking & camping in the Woodlands, Mountains, Hills and Valleys of the United Kingdom. When holiday time allows, adventures further afield are called for, like the recent week spent exploring Iceland; walking on Glaciers, visiting hot springs & amazing waterfalls, as well as seeing the spectacular Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). Bushcraft, Wilderness Living skills and immersing himself in the Natural World, is a real passion for Paul, who says “Its not easy for anyone with a 9-5 job, and maybe family commitments as well, to get out there and see great places. It does take some planning, but the right clothing, kit and equipment, alongside that planning, can make for the most enjoyable adventures, whether that’s a one night local micro-adventure or an extended trip to a foreign country!”
