You've chosen your item. You've picked your colour. You've clicked on the right size. Wow, you're really on a roll! So once you've entered your payment details your new Craghoppers gear will wing it's way to you. Here's how.

Standard Delivery Service: This service is £3.95 for all online orders. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt and have them delivered within 7 days from the date of despatch.

Express Delivery: This service costs just £6.95 per order. Again, orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt, but should be delivered within 2 days from the date of despatch. This service requires a signature as confirmation of delivery so please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.

Specifically, during busy periods such as at sale times, we are unable to guarantee delivery as stated above, as our orders take longer to dispatch from our warehouse.

Delivery to an alternative address: If you would like to send the parcel to an alternative address, then please fill in the address details at the order stage. There is no extra postage charge for this service.

International Delivery: All International orders are charged at £20 per order for delivery, no matter how many items are ordered. At the point of checkout please enter your worldwide address and the option for international delivery will be displayed during checkout.
