RETURN BY COLLECTPLUS
We trust that you will be delighted with your Craghoppers purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, you can use the CollectPlus service for free to return your item.
CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 5,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Craghoppers store.
To find your nearest CollectPlus store visit the CollectPlus website www.collectplus.co.uk/craghoppers.
Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.
1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/craghoppers and follow the instructions.
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the CollectPlus service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

Please Note: When sending a return, the parcel and postage cost are your responsibility. Therefore we recommend that you request a proof of posting certificate available from your local Post Office free of charge.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
If you experience a fault with one of our products please do contact the Customer Services Team either by telephone or via e mail prior to returning the item if you do not contact us prior to this return you will be resposible for the return costs of the item and we may not be able to process the return for you.
If you wish to have the item exchanged we will still refund your card in full and then contact you to confirm that we have the replacement item available retaking payment once the item is confirmed and despatch the goods to you with no postage charge. Please Note: We do process returns as soon as they arrive but this can take up to 14 days. The customer service team will e-mail you to confirm once the return refund has been processed for you. Tracked Delivery is just £8.50 and we aim to deliver within 5 working days.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR WHOLE ORDER
If you are in the European Union and you can cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, you must cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Y ou need to notify us within the 14 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. We accept email communication as notification. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations however if you only cancel part of your order this will not apply (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods.
