The Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) is a fantastic experience and an opportunity to challenge yourself, get fit and show a level of self-discipline. The length of time it takes to achieve the award depends on the level you are completing. The Bronze award takes around six months, whereas the Gold Award takes approximately two years.
