We are constantly monitoring competition to ensure we’re not beaten on price. Our Price Match Promise gives you extra peace of mind when shopping with us, however, should you find our gear at a lower price online in the UK we’ll match the price for you.

Tell us the URL of the website you’ve found the cheaper product and our team will confirm the price.
We’ll respond to you within 1 working day to confirm your price match and to place your order over the phone.

Terms and Conditions:
- Our price match includes the other retailer's delivery price.
- We only price match against other UK VAT registered online retailer’s.
- The product on the other retailer’s site must be identical to the product on our site in style, colour, size, specification, year and colour.
- The product must be in stock and available for delivery when a member of our Price Check Team confirms the price (our team operate 7 days a week).
- The retailer must be an authorised Craghoppers retailer and not a sole trader or auction site (e.g. eBay).
- We will only price match against advertised price of the other retailer. This does not include loyalty card points and cashback codes.
- Your price promise must be confirmed prior to your order, discounts will not be applied retrospectively.
- Price match is not to be used in conjunction with any offer.
