Payment Types
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Maestro & American Express. Payment will only be taken once your order has been dispatched if using a debit or credit card.
Payment FAQs
If paying with credit/debit card, you will be charged upon despatch. PayPal orders are charged at the time of order.
Simply follow these steps to place an order with us:
Step 1 - First, add all of your wanted items to your basket. To do this, first select the correct size and colour options from the product page, then click the 'Add to Bag' button.
Step 2 - Once you've added all of your items, click the shopping bag symbol in the top right of the screen to proceed to your bag. Step 3 - It is at this stage that you can apply any promotional/student discount codes to your order. Enter the code into the box on the right and click 'Apply'. Step 4 - If you're not already logged in then you'll be asked to now, or you can also checkout as a guest. Step 5 - The next step is confirming your name and delivery address details. Once you've entered those, please also select the delivery method you'd like. Step 6 - You're almost there! Let us know if your delivery and billing address are the same and then pick your preferred payment method. Step 7 - Click 'Place Order' when you're ready to complete your payment. You will be shown a confirmation screen with your order reference and sent an email to confirm your order.
