Product:
The coat was not damaged in any way, but it was much longer and wider than anticipated. I need a warm coat for winter cycling and like a parka length to keep my backside nicely covered, but this was down to the knee. I am 5'8' and slim, and was nervous trying for a Small because sleeve length can be an issue for me there, but the coat overall seemed more like a Medium-- it went down to my knees and was quite boxy. Just not my luck!
