TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WIN CRAGHOPPERS NEW SPRING/SUMMER KIT OF A VALUE OF UP TO £300
1. The following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘WIN CRAGHOPPERS NEW SPRING/SUMMER KIT OF A VALUE OF UP TO £300’ as advertised on Craghoppers Instagram pages. The prize will be managed by Craghoppers Limited and will be subject to these terms & conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK only, except employees of Craghoppers and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
3. The prize is open to one entry per person.
4. The competition runs from the 13th February 2026 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 GMT on 25th February 2026.
5. If you wish to enter our competition, you need to do so via Craghoppers Instagram page and you must enter by 1) following both Craghoppers Instagram account @craghoppers 2) liking and tagging your ultimate adventure partner to be a valid entry before 23:59 GMT 25th February 2026.
6. By entering our competition, you warrant:
a. That you are 18 years of age or older.
b. You do not work for Craghoppers or any or their affiliate companies.
7. We need a valid Instagram account in order to contact the winner via direct messages on Instagram and only fully completed entries before 23:59 GMT 25th February 2026 will be valid.
8. The winner will be selected at random and announced on the 26th February 2026 on Craghoppers’ Instagram competition post.
9. Winner Selection: So that the winner is selected fairly from all the valid entries received, we will use a random generator under independent supervision to draw the winner for the announcement date on 26th February 2026.
10. The winner will be notified by direct message over Instagram on the 26th February 2026 to confirm they are able to accept the prize.
11. If the winner does not respond to us within 5 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random.
12. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner must confirm that they are happy for us to have his/her name or TikTok name/handle published as the winner of the competition post.
14. No responsibility will be accepted by Craghoppers Limited for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
15. The prize is a voucher for ‘WIN CRAGHOPPERS NEW SPRING/SUMMER KIT OF A VALUE OF UP TO £300’ on Craghoppers website.
16. The prize is subject to availability and each product must be in stock and available to order at the time of ordering.
17. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Craghoppers Limited reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
