· The prize draw is not open to employees and volunteers of the National Trust, their partners and their families.

· The prize is a £1000 voucher towards any National Trust Holiday to be booked and taken by 25th April 2026. Destinations can be found on the National Trust Holidays website. Please note this excludes Historic House Hotels and accommodation managed by third party providers. The competition winner can use the prize as part payment towards a higher value holiday and pay the balance.

· If the holiday booked is less than £1000 in value this booking will still be deemed full settlement of the prize and any remaining value cannot be used towards a second break.

· The National Trust will not be responsible for any other transport or accommodation costs incurred in the acceptance or fulfilment of the prize.

· Travel to the holiday destination is not included and you will need to make your own travel arrangements. National Trust Holidays are self-catering. The prize does not include food or other extras.

· No cash alternative will be made. Prizes are non-transferable.

· The competition runs from Friday 25th April and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 GMT on Friday 20th June 2025.

· The winner will be selected at random and contacted on Tuesday 24th June via email.

· By entering our competition, you warrant:

· a. That you are 18 years of age or older.

· b. You do not work for Craghoppers, National Trust or any or their affiliate companies.

· We need a valid email address to contact the winner via email and only fully completed entries before 23:59 GMT Friday 20th June will be valid.

· Winner Selection: So that the winner is selected fairly from all the valid entries received, we will use a random generator under independent supervision to draw the winner for the announcement date on Friday 20th June.

· The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 24th June to confirm they are able to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond to us within 5 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random.

· The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

· No responsibility will be accepted by Craghoppers Limited for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

· The value of Craghoppers kit is to be calculated at the original price before any discounts are applied.

· The prize as described above is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

· In the event of unforeseen circumstances Craghoppers Limited reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

· The surname and county or country of the winner of the prize will be made available on request. If you object to the use of your surname and county / country being made available, or wish to reduce the amount of information to be made available, please contact the National Trust at guestrelations@nationaltrust.org.uk.

· Subject to the prize-winner’s consent, the National Trust and Craghoppers would aim to use the winner’s details and photograph in post-event publicity on National Trust and Craghoppers channels including the website and magazine. The winner will be contacted prior to any such publicity.

· Events may occur that may render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the National Trust’s control and accordingly the National Trust may vary or amend the promotion. The National Trust will do everything it reasonably can to ensure that the winner receives a prize of at least equal value.
