Custom & Duties

As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customer fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, plus you'll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.

We don't have any control over customs and import tax, therefore, we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. For example, the threshold of goods in Canada is $20CAD.

Any goods with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend getting in touch with your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you require further information.

Are there any locations that you cannot deliver to my Hermes store?

Most Parcel shop locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a convenient time and place that suits you.

What happens if i’m out when my parcel is delivered?

If your delivery has been attempted by our courier Hermes, the parcel may have been left in a secure location around your property, or they may have taken the parcel back to the depot. In either of these cases a card will be left advising you that they have attempted delivery and what to do next.

What if I want my parcel delivered to an alternative address?

If you would like to send the parcel to an alternative address, then please fill in address details at the order stage.

Please note: Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed.

I have received a parcel but some of the order is missing?

We try our level best to send orders out in one delivery, but sometimes orders are split and sent in two, don't worry you will not be charged for the additional delivery. Please check the despatch note.

My despatch note says I should have received my whole order but some of the order is missing. What should I do?

Please call the customer service team who are always happy to help on 0161 866 0583. We are available from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.

How can I cancel my whole order?

If you are in the European Union and you can cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, you must cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations however if you only cancel part of your order this will not apply (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
