TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win £300 worth of items from the Craghoppers website’ as advertised at the Cumbrian Challenge 2025. The prize will be managed by Craghoppers Limited and will be subject to these terms & conditions.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK only, except employees of Craghoppers, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

The prize is open to one entry per person.

The competition runs from the 16th May 2025 and closes for receipt of entries at 21:00 GMT on 18th May 2025.

If you wish to enter our competition, you need to do so via INSERT URL and you must enter by entering all required details no later than 21:00 on 18th May 2025.

By entering our competition, you warrant:

- That you are 18 years of age or older.

- You do not work for Craghoppers or any affiliate companies.

We need a valid email address in order for us to contact the winner entries before 21:00 GMT 18th May 2025 will be valid.

The winner will be selected at random and announced on the 19th May 2025 via email.

Winner Selection: So that the winner is selected fairly from all the valid entries received, we will use a random generator under independent supervision to draw the winner for the announcement date on 19th May 2025.

The winner will be notified by email on the 19th May 2025 to confirm they are able to accept the prize.

If the winner does not respond to us within 5 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random.

The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

No responsibility will be accepted by Craghoppers Limited for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

The prize is a voucher for Craghoppers’ products worth £300 on the Craghoppers website. The value is based on the original selling price of an item, before any discounts are applied.

The prize is subject to availability and each product must be in stock and available to order at the time of ordering.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Craghoppers Limited reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
