Immediate cancellations
If you’re wanting to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us immediately and we’ll let you know if this is still possible.
Orders that can’t be immediately cancelled
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
You need to notify us within the 14 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. We accept email communication as notification.

We will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us.
We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations, however, if you only cancel part of your order this will not apply.

Damaged Orders
For damaged products, incomplete orders or dispatched orders that don't arrive within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team.

Accepted payment methods
We accept many different types of payment. These include:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Maestro & American Express. Payment will only be taken once your order has been dispatched if using a debit or credit card.
PayPal
We accept PayPal for all online orders. Payment will be taken immediately on all orders placed using PayPal. If for any reason we’re unable to dispatch your item, we will advise you by email and refund your PayPal account directly.
eCheques
Unfortunately we are not able to accept eCheque payments in PayPal. If they are submitted we will cancel the order.
I have a promotional code, how do I redeem it?
You will be prompted for a promotional code on the basket page. Simply enter the code and click ‘Apply’. The discount will be applied immediately.
I have a promotional code, why hasn’t the discount been added?
If you are having trouble getting the discount to apply to your basket total, make sure you’ve input the correct code, taking note of upper and lower case characters. If the promotional code still doesn’t work, please contact us. Please note: our promotional codes will often be tied to ‘New Season’ products or ‘Outlet’ products so please make sure your item sits in the relevant category.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, how will you know?
If an item is out of stock, you will receive a notification to the email address provided at checkout.
Why do we allow orders on out of stock items?
Unfortunately, during busy periods certain items online may have gone out of stock before our systems have caught up. If this has happened, we will notify you within 3 working days and advise you of an approximate delivery date for when the item will come back into stock.
