TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.The following terms and conditions relate to the competition to win a 3-night weekend stay (Friday – Monday), or a 4-night mid-week stay (Monday – Friday) in an English Heritage holiday cottage of your choice. The prize will be managed by Craghoppers Limited and will be subject to these terms & conditions.

2. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK only, except employees of Craghoppers and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

3. The prize is open to one entry per person.

4. The competition will run from the 7th April 2025 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 GMT on 16th April 2025.

3) Enter your details into the pop up on the page. If this does not appear instantly, please refresh this page and wait a few seconds.

6. By entering our competition, you warrant:

a. That you are 18 years of age or older.

b. You do not work for Craghoppers or any or their affiliate companies.

7. We need a valid Membership account in order to contact the winner via direct messages on Instagram and only fully completed entries before 23:59 GMT 16th April 2025. will be valid.

8. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email w/c 21st April 2025.

9. Winner Selection: So that the winner is selected fairly from all the valid entries received, we will use a random generator under independent supervision to draw the winner for the notification on w/c 21st April 2025.

10. The winner will be notified by email on the w/c 21st April 2025 to confirm they are able to accept the prize.

11. If the winner does not respond to us within 5 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random.

12. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The winner must confirm that they are happy for us to publish their name as the winner of the competition.

14. No responsibility will be accepted by Craghoppers Limited for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

15. The prize is a voucher for 'Win a stay in an English Heritage cottage for either a 3-night weekend stay (Friday – Monday), or a 4-night mid-week stay (Monday – Friday)'

16. Travel to and from the holiday cottage and additional costs outside of those stated in the prize offer/other than the basic cottage booking are not included in the prize and will be your responsibility

17. The winner will be issued with a unique code that can be redeemed by phone by calling 0370 333 1187 or online at English Heritage Holiday Cottages

18. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

19. Restrictions apply: the holiday must be taken between 1st May 2025 to 31st March 2026 (excluding Christmas and New Year)

20. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The maximum number of persons staying at the holiday cottage is limited by the number of bedrooms

Bookings are subject to availability

21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Craghoppers Limited reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
