Returns Information

At this time we are rearranging our return services for you to ensure a safe and seamless process to return your items to us - We intend to have our return services in place by Friday 27th March for you.

We have extended our return time frame to 60 days during this Government advised isolation period.

At Craghoppers we offer you a 100% guarantee. Quite simply, if you are not satisfied with our products, we will exchange them after we have refunded you and offer free postage on your new exchange order or refund the full amount within 28 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition and proof of purchase must be present.

We offer an easy to use return portal with a local drop off point, please use this link and follow the instructions to return your unwanted items. The cost is variable dependant on your location and is shown once the location is identified. Please use this link to take advantage of this service.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our service team by email before returning. If you do not contact us directly, we can not refund the cost of the return.

Return With Hermes - UK Only

Arrange collection from your home or drop the parcel off at a nearby Hermes location.

Choose from over 3,000 local stores, open late 7 days a week.

Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Hermes to your local Craghoppers store.

How to return:

  • Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note.
  • Package the parcel securely with the delivery note inside, making sure you're removed the original address label.

Return Items By Post

Please note: When sending a return by post, the parcel and postage cost are your responsibility. We recommend that you request a ‘Proof of Posting' certificate from your local Post Office free of charge.

International Returns

On international orders, we offer a refund for damaged, faulty, change of mind or incorrect items received. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse the cost of return shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes. Before returning an item that you feel may be faulty or an incorrect item received please contact us prior to sending it back to us.

You can return an item by post using any international postal service or courier. We recommend you mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid customs delays. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your chosen courier to locate your parcel.

It can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for international returns dependant on what service you have decided to use to be received by our warehouse. Upon receipt in the warehouse we will email to confirm your order has been received, please allow three business days from the date of receipt of your return to be refunded back to you.

When will I received my refund?

You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund will appear in your account within 2 days. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.

Returning Faulty Items

If you've experienced a fault with one of your items please get in touch with our Customer Services team by phone or email prior to returning your goods. If you do not contact us in advance you will be responsible for the costs of your return and we may not be able to process the return.


If you wish to have the item exchanged we will still refund your card in full and then contact you to confirm that we have the replacement item available retaking payment once the item is confirmed and despatch the goods to you with no postage charge.

Please note: Returns can occasionally take up to 14 days. You will receive an email from a member of our Customer Service team once the return refund has been processed for you.
