Since 1954, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award has been the world's leading youth achievement award. Nearly 300,000 young people aged 14-24 participate each year, growing their confidence, improving their wellbeing, and achieving a DofE Award. Sam comes from a family with 50 years of experience delivering the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. With the outdoors and adventure in his blood, his first paid job was as an outdoor instructor at 15.
