We at Craghoppers are proud to announce that former Royal Marines Commando and World Record holder, Jack Fleckney will be hosting an evening event at Craghoppers’ flagship store in Edinburgh on September 29th, 2022, from 6pm-8pm.
The event, titled An Evening with Jack Fleckney, will cover Jack’s latest expedition through the world’s most dangerous swamp and up Africa’s largest trees in a challenge that see’s Jack cover over 1000km across three countries. It was truly an expedition to remember as he tackled various obstacles, saw mesmerising vistas and encountered dangerous, yet majestic wildlife across the African countries. Speaking on the event, Jack Fleckney said: “This expedition started with a purpose of raising money for three amazing causes in Southern Africa. What I didn’t realise was we I would be running away from Hippos, be chased by crocodiles, climb the biggest trees in the world and travel over 1000km.
“I am really thankful for the opportunity and excited to tell everyone about this expedition as well share the short documentary we have created! See you all there!”
