Craghoppers - Final-51

Meet The Stars Of AW22

For this year’s Autumn & Winter 2022 Season photoshoot, we ventured north to the cold but visually stunning country of Iceland, to marvel at incredible vistas and the natural beauty of volcanoes glaciers. Joining us were our stars of the shoot and we wanted an authentic feel for our new season so we invited genuine nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts to be the centre piece of our shoot. It was truly a memorable experience and we thought we’d have you meet the people that made it that extra special.

EMMA @eat_somethinggood

Emma is the Founder of Something Good – a vegan expedition food business. A love of outdoors since she was a child, she competed in a multiple outdoor sports until she found her true passion, bike racing. She now also pursues multi-day adventures in more remote areas of the country and the world. She is currently training for an ultra-race in the Yukon. Emma lives in the Pennines with her fell-running partner, her dog and of course her bikes.

JAKE @zeroyorkshire

A small business owner based in Slaithwaite in the heart of the Colne Valley in West Yorkshire. Surrounded by rolling fields and woodland over there- and through his business, Jake is trying to help keep it that way.

Jake currently runs a Zero Waste shop which focuses on providing plastic free everyday products, packaging free food items as well as refills of everything from washing up liquid to sunscreen.

The company’s slogan is ‘Preserving what we’re proud of’ and Jake tries to live his life by that. Enjoying the outdoors and all the benefits of it, while trying to leave as little a mark as possible.

SCOTT @geordieramblers

Founder of the GeordieRamblers and an avid outdoor enthusiast, Scott enjoys everything about the outdoors. A keen wild-camper, mountain climber and kayaker there is nothing Scott loves more than getting off-grid and embracing the natural world. A group that lives for pushing themselves to the limit,  Scott and the Geordie Ramblers will be tackling Mount Kilimanjaro in September to help raise awareness and funds for different charities close to their hearts. We at Craghoppers are proud and more than happy to be supporting Scott on his expedition and provide him with Craghoppers gear  as well.

Alongside his upcoming expedition Scott has also completed a conversion of his Volkswagen Caddy, so he can go and explore the word with more adventures!

JAY

A senior engineer surveyor for Highways Construction, Jay lives in Newcastle Upon-Tyne and first fell in love with the outdoors whilst serving in the British Army. This armed her with the skills for wild camping and extensive hiking journeys.

Despite changing career paths, her love for the outdoors and nature never faltered and she continues to explore what the UK and the world has to offer.
